SweScript RT II First-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit

Complete two-step RT kit for fast, efficient first-strand cDNA from mRNA or total RNA. Includes primers and all core reagents. Just add RNA.

Contents:

• SweScript RT II Enzyme Mix (with RNase inhibitor)
• 5× reaction buffer (with dNTPs & Mg²⁺)
• Oligo(dT)18 primer
• Random Hexamer primer
• nuclease-free water

Key benefits:

• Fast RT — cDNA synthesis can be completed in ~5 minutes
• High-temperature tolerance (42–65 °C) for structured/GC-rich RNA
• No RNase H activity — preserves RNA during RT
• cDNA is ready for PCR/qPCR downstream

Typical use: 20 µL reaction; RT at 50–55 °C for 5–15 min (mix/type dependent). Quick start at 25 °C for 5 min if using Random Hexamers. Full protocol in manual.
