SweScript RT II cDNA Kit with gDNA Removal

Complete two-step RT kit with built-in genomic DNA removal for clean, efficient first-strand cDNA from mRNA or total RNA. Just add RNA.

Contents:

• SweScript RT II Enzyme Mix (with RNase inhibitor)
• 5× Reaction Buffer (with dNTPs & Mg²⁺)
• Oligo(dT)18 primer (100 µM)
• Random Hexamer primer (100 µM)
• gDNA Remover + 10× gDNA Remover Buffer
• Nuclease-free water

• Fast RT (reaction can be completed in ~5 min)
• High-temperature tolerance (42–65 °C) for structured/GC-rich RNA

Typical use: 20 µL reaction. gDNA removal: 37 °C, 2 min → RT at 25 °C, 5 min (if using Random Hexamer) then 55 °C, 5–15 min (up to 65 °C for GC-rich) → 85 °C, 5 s. Full protocol in manual.
