SweScript First-Strand cDNA SuperMix (PCR)

Ready-to-use 5× premix for fast, reliable first-strand cDNA synthesis (two-step RT-PCR/qPCR). Just add template RNA + nuclease-free water (included).

Premix Contents:

• SweScript RT (heat-tolerant)
• RNase inhibitor
• oligo(dT)18 + random primers
• dNTPs
• optimized buffer

• Works at 42–55 °C to overcome RNA secondary structure
• Generates long cDNA (≤ ~15 kb)
• Direct-to-PCR/qPCR—no cleanup required
