Pharmetok Jumbo Sticks – ClO₂ Generators

Pharmetok Jumbo Sticks are high-output chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) generators designed for deep sanitisation of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and laminar-flow cabinets. Each stick provides roughly ten times the ClO₂ output of a standard Puristic stick, making them ideal for larger spaces or higher-level disinfection requirements.

How They Work

Each Jumbo Stick contains two chemical components separated by an internal glass ampoule. Bending the stick breaks the ampoule, allowing the liquids to mix. The solution quickly turns dark yellow, signalling ClO₂ generation. Once activated, the stick continues producing gas for around ten days at ~20 °C, although fumigation cycles typically run for 24–48 hours.

Fumigation Process

After activation, simply place the sticks throughout the treatment area—no additional equipment, power source, or installation is required.
To accelerate gas release, sticks may be placed in shallow containers of warm water (~50 °C) inside the room or cabinet.

Ventilation & Re-Entry

Once the fumigation period is complete, chlorine dioxide naturally dissipates. Most environments require only a brief ventilation period—often around 10 minutes with the room’s normal extraction system—before re-entry is permitted. Users must confirm safety according to their internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
