DNA Gel Electrophoresis Essentials Kit

Kit Contents:

• 50× TAE Buffer (2 × 500 mL) – Standard electrophoresis buffer for DNA gels; dilutes 1:50 for 1× TAE. 
• 10× Peach DNA Loading Buffer (3 × 1 mL) – Red tracking dye; contains EDTA; mixes 1:9 with DNA samples. 
• SerBlue Nucleic Acid Dye (2 × 500 µL) – Water-soluble 10,000× stain for sensitive DNA visualisation.
• GN1000bp DNA Ladder (3 × 500 µL) – 12-band ladder (300–10,000 bp) with bright 800 bp and 2000 bp reference bands; ready-to-use. Store at 4°C.
• GN100bp DNA Ladder III Plus (3 × 500 µL) – 14-band ladder (100–5000 bp) with enhanced 500 bp band; ready-to-use. Store at −20°C
