Automated PCR Setup System

The Auto-NRT 100 is a compact automated PCR setup workstation designed to build PCR and qPCR reaction systems accurately and consistently, while reducing manual pipetting time and variability. It supports up to 384 samples per run with 9 standard deck positions, and is compatible with common 24 / 96 / 384 SBS-format plates, plus reagent transfer from centrifuge tubes and PCR plates. 

Key functions and features

• High-throughput PCR setup: automatically constructs PCR systems for up to 384 samples/run 
• Flexible pipetting: 8-channel pipettor for fast multi-well work, can also operate as single-channel for single-well dispensing, pre-mixing, or dilution workflows 
• Open, graphical software with multi-level user permissions and detailed run records for traceability and safer data handling 
• Reagent management tools: save multiple kit profiles and set liquid parameters for different reagent types 
• Contamination control: integrated UV sterilisation lamp and HEPA filter device 
• Temperature control: two temperature control blocks, 4–105 °C range, accuracy and uniformity specified at 55 °C
