Shipping Policy
Interlab aims to dispatch orders promptly and provide reliable delivery throughout New Zealand. The following information outlines our standard shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours. We work to dispatch in-stock items as quickly as possible, however dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, and public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery timeframes are generally:
North Island: 1–2 working days
South Island: 2–3 working days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services, rural delivery, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
Courier Delivery
Once goods have been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery is managed by third-party courier providers. Interlab is not responsible for courier delays once the shipment is in transit.
Rural and Remote Deliveries
Rural or remote delivery locations may take longer than standard delivery estimates.
Out of Stock and Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, our team may contact you to advise of an updated timeframe, offer an alternative, or discuss other options.
Urgent Orders
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our team before placing the order so we can advise on stock status and available delivery options.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact Interlab as soon as possible with your order details so we can investigate and assist.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown during the ordering process or confirmed by our team. Additional charges may apply for oversized goods, dangerous goods, or special delivery requirements.
