Returns Policy

Interlab aims to supply quality products and ensure our customers receive the correct items in good condition. If you need to return goods, the following policy applies.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return goods because you have changed your mind, please contact Interlab within 15 days of purchase. Returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided the goods are unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Approved change of mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee or freight charges where applicable.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Goods

If you receive goods that are incorrect, damaged in transit, or faulty, please contact Interlab as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Conditions of Return

Returned goods must be in original condition unless the return relates to a fault or damage. Goods must not be used, altered, contaminated, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale, unless the return is due to a product defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law or agreed in writing by Interlab, the following items may not be eligible for return:

Special order or indent items
Opened or used products
Products not in original condition or packaging
Items specifically marked as non-returnable

Return Approval

No goods are to be returned without prior approval from Interlab. Please contact our team first to discuss the return and receive instructions.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds, replacements, or credits will be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected. Where approved, refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Freight Costs

For change of mind returns, return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. If goods are incorrect, faulty, or damaged due to an error by Interlab or the supplier, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
